1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return, the product must:

  • Be returned in its original packaging with all manuals, accessories, and included parts.
  • Be free from damage caused by misuse, improper installation, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Include proof of purchase or your order confirmation.

2. Non-Returnable Items

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • The wrong product
  • Missing items

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging

We will review your claim and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement, replacement parts, or another suitable resolution.


4. Return Authorization

Do not return products without prior authorization.

5. Refunds
